Germany will battle Ghana on Saturday at the Estádio Castelão in Fortaleza, Brazil. The game starts at 3:00 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream via the link provided below (free for subscribers).
After defeating Portugal by a score of 4-0 on Monday, the German national team will look to extend their winning streak to two games when they face Ghana in their future bout.
After their match with Ghana, Germany will face the US team on June 26. The German national team is one of the most prosperous squads in World Cup history, winning the prestigious title 3 times back in 1954, 1974 and 1990.
"I'm sure that Thomas Müller will surpass the World Cup scoring record because he still has another one or two World Cups ahead of him," said German soccer icon Gerd Müller to the Sport Bild, "He will defend his Golden Boot title."
Ghana was recently defeated by the United States by a score of 2-1 in their match on June 16. After their game against Germany, Ghana will face Portugal next Thursday.
"We state emphatically that the report is absolutely false and has no basis in fact. There is no player revolt against Black Star coach Kwesi Appiah," said Ghana's Football Association in a statement after a radio station in Ghana claimed the national team's players are unhappy with their head coach, following their recent defeat by the US.
"We wish to assure Ghanaians that coach Kwesi Appiah and all his players have shifted their focus to the match against Germany on Saturday, and are keen on winning the match to revive the Black Stars chances of progressing to the knock out stage of the competition."
The game will begin at 3 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the ESPN network or online through live stream by clicking here.
