Ron Carlivati recently sat down with TV Guide for an interview. The writer spoke about Sonny's recent act of murdering A.J. and how that will affect Carly.

"Carly knows Sonny so well that the moment she heard A.J. got shot she knew Sonny was guilty. Right or wrong, proof or no proof, it just came flying out of her mouth. But that's Carly. Sonny could have had a rock-solid alibi and been on the other side of the planet when A.J. was shot and Carly would still believe it was him!" Carlivati said to TV Guide..

The writer also discussed the fact that Robin has recently abandoned her family, and how he thinks fans should respond to that plot point.

"I know a lot of the fans see this as Robin choosing Jason over Patrick and Emma. I don't look at it that way at all. It's not like she's choosing between two suitors. One of these men is in big danger and the other one isn't," Ron Carlivati told TV Guide.
