Soap fans are in for some serious Port Charles drama in the upcoming episodes of 'General Hospital' as Celeb Dirty Laundry offers up the latest cast news and spoilers for 'GH' September, 2014.

Heather Webber, Franco's crazy mother, is set to come back to 'General Hospital' in an upcoming episode. Actress Robin Mattson, who plays Webber, logged onto Facebook and spilled the beans about it herself.

Mattson posted, "Heather is returning to GH soon!" showing how excited she is to be back on the show as the fiendish character. The last time fans saw Webber was when she appeared in a straightjacket after trying to kill Carly and pin it all on her son Franco.

While there's no spoilers about when she's set to return to the show, there's a good chance that's its going to go hand in hand with the return of Luke Spencer. Agent Ashbury is pretty close to discovering that Luke Spencer is Julian Jerome's boss, and that Julian and Ava are aware of Fluke.

This means that it won't be long until the cat is out of the bag and Fluke is revealed for who he really is, a major imposter. Spoilers say that Undercover Agent Jordan Ashebury could possibly run into Heather Webber, which would lead to the truth behind Fake Luke.

Fans can recall that the real Luke Spencer remains captured at Miscavige, and there's a good chance that when Mattson returns as Webber, she'll film her scenes with the real Luke. There's also the possibility that she'll help Luke escape, which means the writers of the show have come up with some interesting plot progression.

There's a chance the real Luke Spencer will be out and about in Port Charles at the same time Fake Luke is still at large.

On a side note, the show has already been set to change its regular TV time slot. The show will move to its original 3:00 PM time slot on September 8 for New York City, Raleigh, and Philadelphia.
