Spoilers for the upcoming episodes of the popular ABC soap opera 'General Hospital' are certainly planting viewers in their seats as they persuade them not to miss a single episode. Evidently, there's going to be a lot of drama on the upcoming episodes of GH, and Celebrity Dirty Laundry has provided the spoilers for those who just can't wait.

In the upcoming episode of 'General Hospital' viewers will be able to see the gang gathering at the Metro Court, in order to set themselves up for their New Year's celebrations.

CDL went ahead and spoiled that Patrick Drake will finally work up the courage to ask out Sam Morgan to the New Year's event. However, it has not been disclosed whether or not she will accept his offer and join him at the festivities.

On that note, Sam's mother will be having some relationship turbulence herself, as she finally decides to go out with Ned for the aforementioned celebration. Clearly this is going to be a problem for her as Julian is also set to make an appearance at the event.

While it has not been confirmed, media sources are speculating that Julian's presence at the event will surely be a heavy distraction for Sam's mother.

Additional spoilers go on to say that Maxie and Nathan will be showcased in a race against time, as both of them struggle to make it home before the clock strikes midnight.

Beyond all that, Celebrity Dirty Laundry also went ahead and spoiled some sour developments in the lives of the popular 'General Hospital' characters. According to their report, Jake's reunion with wife Sam and son Danny "doesn't seem to be in the cards for the popular couple, not any time soon anyways."

Last but not least, rumor has it that a new cast member will be appearing on the upcoming episode of 'General Hospital'. Sources are saying that Kelly Frye is going to appear on the December 30 episode of 'GH' as Ivy.

As it stands, there's chance that she will show up the party as someone's date, possibly in a effort to make Alexis jealous. If this is the case then she will surely be accompanying Julian.
