Fans are in for some serious Port Charles drama in the upcoming episodes of 'General Hospital'. Celeb Dirty Laundry offers up the most recent 'GH' spoilers.

As Quartermaine's housekeeper, Alice, remains in the hospital awaiting a heart transplant that is stopped at every turn, fans will be excited to learn that Selma, Mickey Diamond's sister will appear on the show.

Selma is said to be involved in Alice's transplant as she has the power to relinquish her late brother's heart to save the housekeeper's life.

Previously, all those concerned about Alice, let out a sigh of relief when they learned that Rafe's heart could be used in the transplant. However, that was shot down as it was discovered that Rafe had been using heroin, which forced doctors to list his organ as useless and void.

Back to square one, and Alice's company is scrambling to find a heart as they do not wish to lose her. It's at this point that Selma, played by Mary Mara, will appear on the show. Also, spoilers claim that she will bring a surprising twist to the soap that no fan can predict.

Taking a shot in the dark, many fans presume that she will not allow Alice to receive Mickey's heart, but it's difficult to speculate why.

Only time will tell if and why, Selma would restrict the use of Mickey's heart to save Alice's life. 'General Hospital' airs on ABC at 2 pm EST every weekday.
