Game of Thrones update! Spoiler alert!

Tonight's Game of Thrones Episode 7, "The Bear and the Maiden" was not short on the drama. The episode kicked off with Jon Snow and the army from beyond The Wall heading towards Snow's home city, Winterfell. Snow, convinced the wildling army will be no match for Northern soldiers, tries to convince his fierce lover, Ygritte to abandon the mission. Ygritte, never willing to back down from a fight, continues, but not without a kiss with her non-wildling boyfriend [Snow].

The story jumps over to Rob Stark, King of the North, and his queen-wife Talisa sharing an intimate moment. Stark, enamored with Talisa's beauty, is surprised to find out she bears his child, the future prince or princess of the North. How's he supposed to concentrate on his war against Joffrey and King's Landing.

Speaking of Joffrey, the King of the Seven Kingdoms is mad, as usual. This time he's taking it up with the King's Hand, his grandfather and commander-in-chief Tywin Lannister. Tywin is one of the only characters who can put his grandson in his place.

Sansa is still upset about not marrying Sir Lloris [Knight of the Flowers] because of an arranged marriage with Tywin's son [resident little person] Tyrion Lannister. The young Northern princess has much to learn about politics.

Theon Greyjoy continues to be butchered by the unknown captor. Finally a character that gives Joffrey a run for his money in the villain department.

Khaleesi, Mother of Dragons, threatens the city of Yunkai, demanding all of the slaves be freed in hopes they join her army. Dragons, talk about a bargaining chip.

Jaime Lannister shows his chivalry as he rescues Brienne of Tarth from the cruel, torturous entertainment of Harrenhal men. Could a romantic relationship be in the works? Or will Sir Jaime, Kingslayer, revert to his Lannister ways when he returns to Kings Landing?

Tune in to next week's Game of Thrones which airs Sundays at 9/8c on HBO.
