Game of Thrones Natalie Dormer Makes her way into "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 & 2"
Lionsgate Films has announced that Game of Thrones star Natalie Dormer will join the cast of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 & 2". Dormer is set to play character Cressida. Dormer most known for her role in Game of Thrones as character Margaery Tyrell. Dormer has also appeared in Captain America and Showtime series The Tudors.
Cressida is a resident director from the Capitol who joins the rebellion in District 13 with her camera crew Castor and Pollux and assistant Messalla. Plutarch told Cressida to follow Katniss through her journey in the rebellion to make numerous propos across Panem to encourage strength and morale in the rebels.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay parts 1 and 2 will be released in separate installments a year apart from one another. The first film is set to release November 21, 2014 and part 2 of the film is due to release November 20, 2015. Francis Lawrence will be directing the sequels.
As of this year we can look forward to The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, which is the second installment from the first Hunger Games trilogy. It is set to release November 22nd of this year. The first made almost seven-hundred million dollars worldwide.
