Galaxy Note 3 vs Note 2: Specs, Details, Design, Release Date / Which Samsung Product is Better?

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to be much more powerful than the Note 2 with an expected 3GB of RAM on the LTE model, some reports are that all models will have 3GB RAM.

The weight of the Note 2 and Note 3 will stay basically the same, but the Note 3 will have a slimmer look (8mm thick). Slim bodies are in with iPhone going slimmer as well.

The display for the Note 3 is expected to be even bigger than the Note 2. The Note 2 already had a large 5.5 inch screen and the Note 3 is expected to have 5.9 inch screen. So both will be great for viewing, but the larger screen of the Note 3 will make it that much better.

The Note 3 is looking at a September 4 unveiling, which just happens to be the opening of media preview day for IFA 2013.

While the quad-core 1.6 GHz Exynos in the Note 2 isn't slow, both variants of the S4 have a faster chipset, no matter if its Snapdragon 600 or the Octa-core Exynos. The Note 3 is expected to have the same octa-core that the S4 has. The Samsung processors are about twice as fast as the iPhone 5, making the iPhone the slowest of the 3 phones.

The Galaxy Note 2 has a 5.5-inch 720p display with a pixel density of around 267 ppi and is run on Jelly Bean- Android 4.1.2.

The Note 2 has a 8 megapixel primary camera but the Note 3 will have a 13 megapixel camera, so the Note 3 has the advantage camera wise.

Would you choose the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3, or stick with the Note 2?
