Galaxy Note 3 Features, Specs: September 25 Release Date Confirmed at IFA 2013 in Berlin [VIDEO]

The Samsung Unpacked Event 2013 has come and gone. What are we left with...a new Galaxy Note 3! In case you didn't click on my article featuring an online live stream of the event, never fear, here is a complete list of new features and specs for the new Galaxy Note 3. Also unveiled at yesterday's tech show was the new Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch. Let's talk details!

As was heavily speculated, the new Galaxy Note 3 features a huge, vibrant 5.7-inch full HD Super AMOLED display that is larger than its predecessor and at .33 inch thickness and 5.9 ounces, it's also thinner and lighter than its predecessor.

The 3,200mAh battery is also stronger than last year's model. The new Note 3 even features a 13-megapixel rear camera.

Similar to last year's model, the new Galaxy Note 3 also comes with an S Pen. But why? Users can write on the phone to select areas of the display for their apps to pop up. Samsung calls this feature the "Pen Window".

Lets get down to brass specs.

As was rumored, the new Galaxy Note 3 will run on Android 4.3 out of the box and features 3GB of RAM. The extra memory will come in handy for multitasking, also a new feature for the Galaxy Note 3.

Possibly the most shocking change, is Samsung ditching the plastic casing and opting for a synthetic leather back. Don't worry it's not real leather!

There is a whole new slew of features such as Action Memo, Scrapbook, Screen Write, S Finder and the aforementioned Pen Window.

The Galaxy Note 3 has a 140 country release date of September 25.
