Galaxy Note 2 vs Galaxy S4: Industry Leading S4 to Meet Its Maker With Note 3 Release, Fall 2013?

Today we're breaking the down two Samsung devices: the Galaxy Note 2 vs the Galaxy S4. Do you want a bigger display or faster processor?

Though the Galaxy S4 is the most recent release from Samsung, many consumers are opting for the "phablet" friendly Galaxy Note 2. Why?

Though both phones have the same amount of internal memory, the Galaxy S4 processor surpasses the Note 2 by a mile. The S4 Snapdragon [or, 8-core Exynos depending on region] far outweighs the burdensome 1.6GHz Note 2 processor.

The huge 5.5-inch screen butters the Note 2's bread. All of you on-the-go movie producers and music makers love having a screen big enough for multi-media edits on the fly. Though the S4 has a relatively large 4.99-inch display, the Note 2 is much easier to navigate.

Both Samsung devices operate on Jelly Bean. However the S4 has the 4.2.2 version of the Android operating system while the Note 2 is still running on the slightly outdated 4.1.2. Not a huge difference though. But as a potential buyer, you'd like access to the latest and greatest features.

Speaking of features, the S4 has one of the best smartphone cameras on the market. The 13-megapixel S4 camera will define what it means to have a portable camera. The iPhone 5S will certainly have to match its capabilities to stay relevant.

Expect a closer comparison when Samsung launched the new Galaxy Note 3 [possibly Fall 2013] and count on Apple to deliver a new iPhone that can rival the industry leading Galaxy S4.
