‘Fuller House’ Spoilers, Premiere, Cast News: D.J. Tanner, Steve Bring Back Their Love? [TRAILER]
D.J. Tanner (Candace Cameron Bure) and Steve (Scott Weigner) are set to be together again in "Fuller House" reboot on Netflix, according to recent spoilers.
According to HNGN, Tanner will return to the dating realm after the death of her husband and she is set to experience a new spark with Steve. Tanner will reportedly have some enduring feelings for the latter, which may result to the two to gauge their relationship again.
Bure suggested that D.J. might be open for a relationship and dating. In her interview with MTV, Bure said that she was sure that D.J. and Steve would talk about old love and listened. The actress added that the former was widowed and it had been a while since her husband had passed away. For Bure, D.J. was thinking about dating.
Fans hope and speculate that D.J. and Steve will restore their feelings for each other, as well as their relationship as a whole, after Weigner confirmed on Twitter that he would reprise his role in the series reboot.
Aside from D.J. being left as a single parent to raise her three boys, "Fuller House" will also see her sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and best friend Kimmy (Andrea Barber) help her deal with her challenges in life, which is similar to what Joey (David Coulier) and Jesse (John Stamos) had done for Danny.
"Full House" concluded in 1995, leaving audiences to see them attend the prom together. After several years, "Fuller House" is set to see what the high school couple has been up to.
"Fuller House" is slated to premiere in 2016 on Netflix.
