The Fuel Music & Management Co Signs Bethel Music To Worldwide Marketing, Distribution Agreement; New Bethel Music Album Slated for September Release
Artist solutions company, The Fuel Music & Management Co, has entered into an exclusive marketing and distribution alliance with Bethel Music, an organic extension of Bethel Church in Redding, CA. On June 1, Fuel Music began representing both current and catalog Bethel Music albums, containing original songs by senior worship pastors Brian and Jenn Johnson, worship leaders Jeremy Riddle, Steffany Frizzell-Gretzinger, William Matthews, Matt Stinton and other emerging artists into worldwide markets. Handling both physical and digital retail sales into Christian and general market stores internationally though its Fuel Distribution/Tonetree Music arm, Fuel's U.S. physical distribution to Christian stores will be through New Day.
Bethel Music's first project under this alliance, also their first studio album, is slated to release this September. In addition to servicing new music, Fuel will handle the substantial Bethel Music back catalog of releases, which includes 2012 releases For The Sake of the World and The Loft Sessions, as well as the 2011 Be Lifted High release featuring "Love Came Down." Written by Brian Johnson and Jeremy Riddle, this song celebrating God's goodness, love and faithfulness was recently heard by millions on American Idol as it was sung by Top 3 finalist, Angie Miller.
"It is an honor for our team at Fuel to represent Bethel Music," says Tony Patoto, The Fuel Music Management Co president. "We love how Bethel's worship leaders continue to creatively push the boundaries of corporate worship while simultaneously inviting listeners to experience fresh encounters with God. Like Angie Miller, we are excited to share this music with the global community of faith, inspiring the Church to sing a new song."
"We are excited for our new relationship with Fuel Management," expresses Joel Taylor, Director of Bethel Music. "The dedication and expertise of their team make them a dynamic partner to work with. God has been leading us on a journey of writing, recording and releasing fresh expressions of worship, and we are confident that Fuel will be an invaluable bridge to connect this music to individuals, churches and regions around the world."
