"Friends" Reunion Happening on NBC? Don't Count It Out Just Yet

9 Years have passed since "Friends" final episode in May of 2004.  The hit NBC show of friends Chandler, Monica, Ross, Rachel, Joey and Pheobe living in New York City aired for 10 seasons and still remains popular today as it still shows in syndication re-runs.

Fans since then have been longing to know if there would ever be any type of "Friends" reunion will make its way to NBC.  Some fans have even gone as far as creating posters titled, "The One With The Reunion Thanksgiving 2014."  The photoshopped image is very believable and fitting, being ten years after the show and how notorious Friends was for its Thanksgiving episodes.  Could it be possible foreshadowing?

Well as rumors began heating up online about a possible Friends reunion, NBC Executives were quick to deny any shot at a reunion happening.
The shows' co-creator, Marta Kauffman, told E News that a reunion in the future was most likely never going to happen. She claimed that, "the show would not work today, because all of the characters have moved on from each other to start lives of their own."

Fans are hoping that NBC will eventually think it is just too big of an event to overlook it all together. All of the cast have other projects going on, but since they all seem to get along there is still hope that it will happen.

Maybe NBC is just quieting the rumors to make it more of a surprise announcement later?
