'Foxcatcher' Release Date, Trailer Video: New Movie Poster Out, Creepy Steve Carell Image, Channing Tatum Insight [VIDEO]

A new movie poster for the upcoming psychological thriller 'Foxcatcher' has been revealed, and it's as creepy as fans can imagine. The new poster hints that fans will see Steve Carell's stranger side in the upcoming film that set to release, November 14, 2014.

It's worth mentioning that director Bennet Miller has been working on the film with the production team for eight years now. While most fans are still pretty sour about the long delay, one of the leading actors in the film is not.

Recently, Channing Tatum came out with a statement that said that he's pleased with the long production time for the 'Foxcatcher' film. He said that he didn't think he was ready for such a big role in her career at the time he was cast.

He told New York Magazine, "I didn't know what to think. I didn't know what I was doing, I didn't know how to read scripts, I didn't know anything about acting, and the way Bennett talked about this wildly dark character (du Pont, played by Steve Carell) weirded me out a little bit, to be honest with you."

He added, "I was super young, and I just didn't get it. In a way, I think, thank God it didn't come to fruition then, because I don't know what it would have turned out to be."

Apparently, things have changed since Tatum felt that way because the movie is right around the corner from it's launch, and a new film poster has already been revealed, promoting the film.

Entertainment Weekly provided a link to the poster, which can be see here.

Beyond that, 'Foxcatcher' recently premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in France on May 14. The film was received very well and was given a six-minute standing ovation. The premiere earned Miller the Best Director award at the film festival this year.
