'Forever Bible' Designed to be Waterproof, Dirt Proof, and Float on Water, 'No One Will Ever Have to Buy a Second Bible' (VIDEO)
Ever wish your Bible could last forever? According to Forever Publishing they have created a Bible that is "virtually indestructible," the holy book is dirt-proof, tear-proof, waterproof, and can float.
The innovative invention is called Forever Bible. It is the first Bible to ever be crowd funded through Kickstarter, raising over $31,000.
"Using Space Age nanotechnology, we are able to print the Bible on an advanced paper that doesn't use any trees, is 24X stronger than regular paper, and is completely waterproof, dirt-proof, tear-proof, and otherwise life-proof. The Forever Bible even floats in water, while keeping your notes and highlighted passages pristine," the Forever Bibles Kickstarter page says.
The Forever binding process and the Forever paper are each patented technologies and is it reportedly the first of its kind, designed to last forever. The Bible is offered in three versions (King James, New International, and the English Standard Version). The prices range from $40 to $60.
Forever Publishing did not only create a Bible that can last forever, but they offer a Forever Journal as well.
"Our mission is to get the Forever Bible into the hands of as many people as possible, in every single place imaginable," states the company's website.
For every Bible purchased, the team at Forever Publishing is donating additional Forever Bibles to missionary sites across the world, giving people their very first Bible.
"No one will ever have to buy a second Bible! We are so certain of the technology within the Forever Bible that we guarantee it for your entire lifetime," Forever Publishing said, adding that their goal is that "one day, everyone on Earth will have a Bible that can go with them everywhere they can go, everyday of their lives."
