Floyd Mayweather vs. Marcos Maidana will find each other in the opposing corners of the ring, yet again, as the fight as been confirmed for September 13, of this year. Both boxers are currently preparing and training for the upcoming bout that's set to take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The last time fans saw the pair square off was in their first fight against each other, on May 3 of this year. While Mayweather has recently shown his interest to setup a fight with Amir Khan, he chose a rematch for the title with the Argentine boxer, Maidana, instead.

The upcoming rematch between the popular and professional pugilists is set to be broadcast live on PPV when it happens in September. Many feel that the rematch was set up so that Marcos could have another shot at the undefeated boxer.

According to recent reports, both boxers are in training and are sticking to their strict exercise and nutritional regiments. BoxingNews24 reports that Maidana is trying to lost some weight before the fight, a cutback from 165 to 152. Apparently, this will increase his quickness and speed as he'll be able to throw more punches at the undefeated American, Floyd Maywheather Jr.

Additional reports have claimed that the Argentine boxer has a physical advantage over Maywheather, but many opposing sources conflict with that claim.
