The second day of the first Test between England and India is already half way through and if we go by the early signs, this will definitely be a high-scoring game. Thanks to opener Murali Vijay, the visitors have already piled up 457 runs in 161 overs, even as the English bowlers struggled to claim the wickets of the tail-enders.

In fact, the first test at Trent Bridge, Nottingham, might be another series is expected to develop the future teams for both these major cricketing countries. While this series presents an excellent opportunity for India to avenge their wretched defeats on home ground last time around.
