Humble Bundle has just started its End Of Summer Sale, which is much like the Steam Summer Sale that concluded not too long ago. In fact, gamers who purchase discounted titles on Humble Bundle, will likely receive a corresponding Steam key to implement the game into their client.

The sale will play out much like the aforementioned Valve Steam sale, different games will be discounted each and everyday for a period of time. This time around gamers, will be able to avail low price popular titles from Monday September 8 to Sunday, September 27.

A lot of the titles listed for discounts will be those that are also featured on the Steam store, however, they will be cheaper.

For those unfamiliar with Humble Bundle, the website offers a collection of games, usually from one developer a week, for the minimum of $1. Gamers can choose to add some extra money and receive the bonus titles posted for that week. This means for for $1 - $6, gamers can pick up a couple of titles instead of just one.

What's interesting is that gamers choose how much they'd like to pay. The reason for this is that some of the proceeds go to charities, and consumers can choose how the money is disbursed.

For example, whoever purchases the game bundle for that week, gets to choose if the developers, the charities, or the Humble Bundle site gets the highest percentage of the money paid. What's nice is that this can be customized by the consumer so they can balance it if they'd like.

Stepping back into the End of Summer Sale, 10% of all the proceeds from the discounted titles purchased throughout the event will be given to charities by default.
