Eminem's new album grows closer and closer and more news keeps creeping out. 

However, the latest news is actually a controversy with Facebook. 

Eminem's Eight Mile Song Publisher is suing Facebook for allegedly ripping off his song in the Home 'Airplane' Ad. 

The Eminem/D12 song "Under the Influence" is the music in question and the Song Publisher noted that while Facebook has not made an official comment, they have changed the music in the Ad which clearly admits that they were using the music without permission. 

Back to the music at hand, Eminem is still looking at more tour dates. He has a handful of European tour dates including August 17th in Slane Castle,Ireland where Plan B, EarlWolf, Yelawolf & Slaughterhouse will be joining him.

August 20th at Glasgow Summer Session he will be joined by Kendrick Lamar, EarlWolf & Yelawolf.

August 22nd in France he will be joined by Kendrick Lamar, EarlWolf & Slaughterhouse. 

Eminem will also be headlining Leeds and Reading Festivals along with Green Day and many other great bands. 

Em's new album is expected to drop in July.
