Eminem is back...in the studio that is, recording his new album, originally scheduled for a post-Memorial Day release date. Though the latest release date rumors point anywhere from a July to fall 2013 drop, some interesting speculation surrounding other aspects of Em's eight studio album have been popping up recently as well.

Kendrick Lamar has been a highly speculated guest rapper on the new album since rumors starting buzzing late last year. A photo of Eminem and Lamar, along with other members of the Black Hippy crew surfaced on the ThisIs50 Instagram page in June. Though many believed it to be a clear indication Kendrick Lamar was recording with Eminem on his new album, it turns out the "Poetic Justice" rapper was asking for advice from the 8 Mile star.  

"That was me actually just meeting and greeting," he continued. "I bumped heads with Eminem [in the past], but it was very brief, that was my first time really chopping it up with him, getting to ask all the questions I wanted to ask him."

Though the 'Slim Shady' rapper may stay tight lipped about his studio album, that doesn't mean he can't release new music for fans. June 19, Shady Records released "Symphony in H" and it has sense gone viral. Gone are the Rihanna style choruses. "Symphony in H" instead opts for attack-oriented lyricism.

I'm an a-hole/ Devil with a halo/ Hell yeah, I'd nail J-LoTo the railroad!" Eminem raps on "Symphony in H".
