On having a talk with Billboard, the Star's Shady records President Paul Rosenberg pronounced that there would be no release until after Memorial Day (27^th May) and that summer is a likely time to unveil the record.

He also added, "we've got some dates locked in front of him to perform live in Europe in August, so we're trying to see what else lines up, and with a full expectation for the release of Eminem Album in 2013. The work is going on for sometime, and he quoted, "it's safe to say that it will Post-Memorial Day at some point"
