Though the East Coast may be wrapped up in Anthony Weiner coverage, another pervert lurks on the West Coast.

An eighth woman has stepped up and accused San Diego Mayor Bob Filner of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior.

Director of government education at San Diego City College, Lisa Curtin claims Filner forced his tongue on her cheek after a business meeting in 2011 while Filner was a congressman.

Once left alone after the meeting, Filner questioned Curtin about her wedding ring, asking if it was real. Almost 25 years into her marriage, Curtin shrugged him off.

Not giving up easily, Filner continued engaging Curtin, asking her to go out with him while she was in D.C.

Curtin recalls:

"He pulled my hand closer to him and he reached over to kiss me," Curtin said. "I turned my head at that moment and on the side of my face, I got a very wet, saliva-filled kiss including feeling his tongue on my cheek."

The San Diego City Council voted not to pay Filner's legal bills defending his sexual misconduct lawsuits.

"Intimidating women is not in Mayor Filner's job description," said Councilman Kevin Faulconer. "His employers, the San Diego taxpayers, should not have to bail him out of the mess he's created."

Filner has refused to resign and started a two-week behavioral therapy treatment Monday.
