Eddie Murphy ft. Snoop Lion "Red Light" [WATCH NOW] / New Single / Upcoming Album "9" Release Date

Actor Eddie Murphy hasn't showcased his musical talents in 20 years, but the actor is now having a change of heart and wants to focus on his music career. During an interview with Rolling Stone Murphy said, "All I've been doing is making music, I haven't been working on films, haven't been developing movies, or any of that s***." The actor admitted that he never stopped writing or recording, he just stopped releasing songs.

Murphy's latest song is titled "Red Light" and it features Snoop Lion (Snoop Dogg) and the video for the reggae anthem was released a few days ago. Murphy also has a new album in the making titled "9". No clue as to what influenced the title of the album, but Murphy has received good reviews for the "Red Light" single so the album may be a hit.

Although, Murphy claims to be semi-retired from acting he plans on going back to doing stand-up comedy and live performances of his music. Check out his new video for "Red Light" down below and let me know what you guys think.
