Duggar Family '19 Kids and Counting' Season 10 News: Fans Wondering about TLC Series Rewnewal

Fans of '19 Kids and Counting' are wondering if TLC is going to order a tenth season of the series.

Viewers of the show know that Season 9 has just ended with the marriage of Jill Duggar and Derrick Dillard, which attracted a series-record average of 4.4 million people.

The episode was TLC's most-watched broadcast in four years. The wedding episode was the number one cable network show of the night in total viewers. The wedding episode even beat out 'Sons of Anarchy' in terms of viewership.

Epoch Times broke down the numbers for Season 9. The premiere episode, which aired on September 2, drew 3.29 million viewers, which is twice as much as Season 8's finale.

The previous episodes in Season 9 did not do nearly as well as the finale as they only drew in 2.1 to 2.9 million viewer.

However, as the season drew near the wedding episode, the viewership for the show began to increase.

'19 Kids and Counting' fell among some of the top cable network shows, but generally lost to ultra-popular shows like 'Sons of Anarchy' or 'Family Guy',or events like the basketball playoffs or the Hip Hop Awards.

Given that, Epoch Times believes the show will likely get another season. If it doesn't, it will likely be because the Duggars have decided against it.
