Duck Dynasty's Duck Commander Plug N Play Hunting Video Game Now Available for $30
If Duck Dynasty's much anticipated return to television yesterday was not entertaining enough for their fans, the Robertson family now have a brand new video game that will let their devotees experience one of the kinfolk's favorite pastimes.
Duck Commander Plug N Play Hunting Video Game does not need a computer or console like a PlayStation 4 or an Xbox One. In order to play the game, simply insert the plastic rifle into the A/V jacks on the television, put the sensor on top of the TV and the game is ready to be played.
The weapon and the game in general are very similar to the classic Duck Hunt game, the definitive 1985 hunting game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The rifle is green and orange, and complete with pump action. The graphics however, are very outdated.
The hunting game has three different modes to choose from. The first option is the old-fashioned duck game: Ducks soar across the screen and the player then fires at them as the timer ticks down. Extra points are awarded for the exceptional, harder-to-shoot ducks.
The second choice involves killing frogs three times before they enter a hole on a golf course. The player has to fire once to hurl them in the air; shoot a second and a third time to put them in a cooler.
The final mode involves firing at hoards of beavers that are running at the player before they can get near enough to get you.
The Duck Dynasty family makes cameos and offers commentary regarding the player's shooting skills with voiceover work.
Duck Commander Plug N Play Hunting Video Game retails for around $30.
Duck Dynasty airs on the A&E network on Wednesdays at 10pm EST.
