'Duck Dynasty' Season 6 News: Robertson Family Rumored to Visit Scotland in Upcoming Season 7 (VIDEO)

There is a new report that claims that the Robertson family has traveled to their ancestral homeland of Scotland in order to film footage for the next season.

58-year-old Scottish native Jock McInnes revealed in a new article that he recently saw the famed reality family in the Scotland which is part of the United Kingdom.

"I told my friend that it was the people from Duck Dynasty and I went to speak to one of them. He was very nice, although a security man stepped in eventually," said McInnes on August 1, according to The Courier.

McInnes also revealed what one of the camera men told him when he saw the Robertson cast filming scenes on the Lomond Hills (which is located in Fife, Scotland) last week, "I was told that the Robertson clan came from Kinross-shire and they are here to follow that up," said McInnes.

In addition, another Scottish person named Catherine McCartney gave her thoughts regarding the crew when they appeared at her gift shop that is situated in the Clan Donnachaidh Museum near the town of Pitlochry.

"They were all really down-to-earth, nice people," said McCartney.

Previously, the Robertson family hosted a Carnival cruise where they interacted with their fans in various ways.

"The entire cast and family was there and the fans seemed to love the experience," said Al Robertson to The News-Star last month, "Dad and I and Jase definitely did some preaching and teaching, and Lisa and I did a marriage classes every day.

The first-born son of Phil and Miss Kay Robertson further spoke about the experience that he and his family had with their faithful supporters.

"People enjoyed themselves and we had some spiritual time, too. It was a nice combination of fun and faith, kind of like our show," said Al.

Season 6 finale of the critically acclaimed reality series 'Duck Dynasty' airs this Wednesday on August 13 at 10:00 pm. EST on the A&E network.
