Drudge Report News: Editor Censures Obama for Using 3-Step Scandal Formula

Commenting on "the three-part Obama scandal formula" in his column in the Washington Times, Joseph Curl, Drudge Report editor, recently wrote, "Each time Obama is faced with a scandal, he does three things."

According to Curl, irrespective of the nature of the crisis faced by him, President Obama instantly goes public telling his fellow citizens that "he just didn't know," and articulates his indignation over the issue.

In the second phase, the President sidetracks blame, somewhat loosely to his precursor and former President George Bush. Eventually, Curl says, President Obama creates a barrier to thwart all future direct questions related to the crisis by covering up the issue with "mass of bureaucratic red tape."

In the final stage, which, according to Curl is very effective, the President and the White House duck all questions by regretting that they are unable to discuss them as the matter is under a "blue ribbon investigation."

The probe then continues for several months, sometimes even several years, and the issue eventually fades from public memory.
