‘Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F’ English DVD Release Date News: New DBZ Launches Oct. 20

Fans of "Dragon Ball Z' are awaiting the release of the Blu-Ray, DVD, and Digital HD copy of "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F'. While the film was released in theaters on March 30, 2015, many avid fans didn't get the chance to catch it.

Due to the limited theater release, the next best way to watch the latest DBZ film is when the DVD copy launches. Even though many avid series fans did happen to catch it in theaters, adding this DVD to their collection is surely something they don't want to miss.

As it stands, the official release date for the "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F' movie is October 20, 2015. However, on October 9, FUNimation Entertainment announced that a Digital HD version will be made available, says Christian Today.

For those that may not know, the producers are set to release a special collector's edition of the film. The collector's edition will be produced in DVD and Blu-Ray format, and come with four holographic promotion posters of Frieza Force, says Blu-Ray.com

Reports claim that the collector's edition will cost $59.98, and the Blu-ray/DVD combo pack will be priced at $34.98, while the standard DVD set will run at $29.98. However, fans who decide to pre-order the movie will get a discount.

Fans who may not know what the new movie is about can check out the synopsis or the official trailer for the film. According to Blu-Ray.com the official "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F' synopsis reads: ...After years in spiritual purgatory, Frieza has been resurrected and plans to take his revenge on the Z Fighters of Earth. Facing off against Frieza's powerful new form and his army of 1,000 soldiers, Goku and Vegeta must reach new levels of strength in order to protect Earth from their vengeful nemesis."
