The highly-anticipated Disney animated film 'Big Hero 6' is looking at a November 7, 2014 release date. Beyond that, Walt Disney Animation Studios allowed the release of four movie stills taken from the computer generated superhero film.

The upcoming Fall 2014 film will star T.J. Miller, Jamie Chung, and Maya Rudolph. The motion picture is directed by Don Hall and Chris Williams. This film will mark the first time a Disney animated feature film will depict Marvel characters.

This makes sense considering The Walt Disney Company acquired Marvel Entertainment back in 2009.

Even though the film will be listed as a Walt Disney Animation Studios production only, Marvel's creative team is going to be involved in the makings of the film. Joe Quesada, Marvel's Chief Creative Officer, is on board and had this to say about the plot, "The relationship between Hiro and his robot has a very Disney flavor to it...but it's combined with these Marvel heroic arc," according to Hallels.

Beyond that, more information concerning the movie's story line can be found in the official synopsis:

"'Big Hero 6', is an action-packed comedy-adventure about the special bond that develops between Baymax, a plus-sized inflatable robot, and prodigy Hiro Hamada. When a devastating event befalls the city of San Fransokyo and catapults Hiro into the midst of danger, he turns to Baymax and his close friends adrenaline junkie Go Go Tomago, neatnik Wasabi, chemistry whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred. Determined to uncover the mystery, Hiro transforms his friends into a band of high-tech heroes called "Big Hero 6."
