Destiny PS4 Beta Release Date, PS3 News: Gameplay Includes Multiplayer Maps, Bonus Missions

Sony's Playstation-original role playing game, Destiny, is coming to the market on September 9 with multiplayer maps, additional mission, and more weapons, armors, and vehicles. According game developer Bungie, Destiny will feature a mid-sized map called Exodus Blue together with a three-player mission, The Dust Palace Strike.

Bungie said in a statement, "The Exodus Blue, a long-dead vessel, once brought hope and humanity to worlds beyond Earth. Here, Guardians challenge one another, forging a new hope and future in the fires of the Crucible."

Aside from the Monte Carlo assault rifle and the Hawkmoon handcannon, players can also get a hold of Manifold Seeker armor for Warlocks, Vanir armor for Titans, and Argus armor for Hunters, Gamespot reported.

Along with new weapons and armors, Gamespot revealed that Playstation owners will have exclusive access to three spacecrafts namely Aurora Wake, Crypt Hammer, and Outrageous Fortune. Basically, Aurora Wake has "hull lined with arcane instruments, crafted by a circle of Warlocks - gifting the ship with a preternatural sense for the strange," while Crypt Hammer is "a deep-strike insertion variant, built to carry Guardians safely through contested space," and Outrageous Fortune being "a rugged, versatile explorer for those ready to gamble everything in search of ancient secrets and alien power," Bungie stated in Destiny's official description.

In relation to the upcoming game debut, Sony announced the release of a Playstation 4 white variety, bundled with Destiny. It is also available on PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360.
