DOOL fans need to gear up for more dramatic twists and turns in this week on 'Days of Our Lives', as Celebrity Dirty Laundry offers up the latest spoilers for the next set of episodes.

Spoilers reveal that a new miracle drug has emerged in Salem, one that could pull John out of his coma. Fans can recall that it was Theresa who whacked him in the head with the fire poker, then framed the whole thing on Brady.

While everyone thinks Brady did it in his drunken stupor, the only thing that could turn the tables is this  new miracle drug. Right now, it's not known whether John even remembers who hit him, if and when he comes out of the coma. Regardless, Theresa is still sweating about the whole thing after learning about the drug from Kristen.

Beyond Theresa, Kristen has a major part in all of this, as she deliberately kept the information about the miracle drug from Brady, in case it doesn't work for John. She also bargained a deal with Eric, so that he wouldn't testify against her. However, he warned her that if the drug she gave him doesn't work, the whole deal is off.

Spoilers reveal that Brady will be brought up to speed and brought into the loop in the upcoming DOOL episodes. Everything will be set in place as the characters of the show, and the fans at home, wait in anticipation, wondering if the miracle drug will work.

Evidently, there's a good chance that two of the malicious characters on the show could be knocked down a few notches. However, only time and more episodes of 'Days of Our Lives' will tell whether that's true or not.
