DOOL fans need to gear up for more dramatic twists and turns in this week on 'Days of Our Lives', as Celebrity Dirty Laundry offers up the latest spoilers for the next set of episodes.

Last Wednesday, the 24^th, John Black finally awoke from his coma and inadvertently turned the tables on Theresa's future.

As fans can recall, Theresa slammed John over the head with a fire poker which put him in the coma. To make matter worse, she pinned the whole thing on Brady who was passed out, and drunk at the time, so police considered it a likely story.

Now that he's snapped back from his comatose state, Theresa feels that her livelihood is in danger as he may remember who actually hit him. Spoilers reveal that fans should look forward to John's revelation in the upcoming episodes.

Either John remembers who actually hit him, and spills the beans forcing Theresa's life to spin out of control with legal and family problems, or he doesn't remember at all, since it is a head injury after all.

Spoilers for the upcoming episodes say Theresa might take any opportunity she can to handle the situation herself. This means that she might attempt to murder her father, this time with full intent to kill.

What's known for sure is that she's carrying with her a mysterious syringe, that seems ominous and lethal. While it's not yet known for sure who the shot is for, there's a good chance she'll try to slip the needle into her father's arm, or tube or some sorts, when she sees him.

On that note, besides John Black, the only other two people that could possible throw a wrench into Theresa's plan are Daniel and Kristen DiMera. From the very beginning they've been suspicious about Brady's involvement in the incident.

While their claims about Brady's innocence went unheard, they might just get their chance at justice if and when John Black remembers who hit him.

Evidently, fans should expect to see some crazy situations in Salem next week, as Theresa's fate hangs in the balance on the upcoming episodes of 'Days of Our Lives'.
