Dancing With the Stars Results, Winner: Who Won DWTS Season 18 Tonight?
**UPDATE: The winners of Dancing With the Stars Season 18 were Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Coming in second were Derek Hough and partner Amy Purdy. In third place were Candace Cameron Bure and Mark Ballas.

After the grueling 10 weeks, the winner of "Dancing With the Stars" Season 18 is either "Full House" star Candace Cameron Bure, Paralympic snowboarder Amy Purdy or Olympic champion ice dancer Meryl Davis. Stay tuned here, and as soon as the winner is announced it will be revealed right here on Breathecast.
On Tuesday ahead of the finale results show, the stars and their dancing partners went on social media to discuss tonight's memorable episode.
"I have so very much to be grateful for. Hard to believe this journey is coming to an end. To have shared this experience with @maksimc has been a true privilege. Thank you all for the support!" wrote Meryl Davis on her Instagram page in reference to her dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy and the end of their magical season.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy has never won the Mirror Ball trophy. He and Davis wowed the judges and the crowd with a combined perfect score of 60 after two amazing dancing performances last night.
Perennial Mirror Ball winning dancer Derek Hough's partner Amy Purdy also went Instagram to express feelings of no longer dancing together after tonight's episode.
"Last moment in the dance studio together," wrote Purdy on her Instagram page along with a photo of her and Hough hugging each before tonight's decision. "This journey has been more then I could ever describe or have ever anticipated. @derekhough will forever hold a chunk of my heart. Thank you for being my partner,my wall, mentor, coach and friend. See you tomorrow, it's not over yet! #dwts #purdyhough."
Candace Cameron-Bure also used social media to express her excitement about making the final tonight with her partner Mark Ballas.
"It's my 6am, back at practice, waiting for @markballas , I can't believe I made the final 3 face!!! #dwts @dancingabc," wrote the 38-year-old actress earlier today on Instagram.
Tonight's episode caps a memorable season that included guest judges such as "Dance Moms" Abby Lee Miller and legendary music director, producer and choreographer Kenny Ortega.
