'Dancing with the Stars' Season 18: Candace Cameron Bure Says, 'I'm Really Performing For An Audience of One and That's For God'
On American Icons week of "Dancing with the Stars," Candace Cameron Bure and her partner danced in the semi-finals. Bure had her personal icon, Bible teacher and best selling author Angela Thomas as a special guest on the show and the two spoke openly about their Christian faith.
Bure and her partner Mark Ballas danced the foxtrot on last week's episode of "Dancing with the Stars" and the Christian actress surely let her light shine as she graced the dance floor, which left the judges with nothing but praise for Bure landing her her highest score yet.
On this week's episode, Bure spoke of Thomas and the impact she has made in her life. "Angela inspires me because she loves the word of God and so do I," the mother of three said.
During Thomas' emotional visit with Bure, she encouraged the former "Full House" actress to continue to shine in The Lord. "You and I both know that faith is in the center of who you are; and there's a scripture that says in the presence of God there is fullness of joy; and that's what you're showing up with every week, "Thomas declared. "Stay in there."
Bure, mirroring what her Icon said then told the cameras, "I should always remember that no matter how many people I'm performing for, I'm really performing for an audience of one, and that's for God."
After the actress performed the Viennese waltz she found out she was safe and headed to the finals on the dance competition.

Bure's and Ballas then returned for Bure's raciest performance in the competition yet, Janet Jacksons "Nasty Boys." One of the judges loved the fact that Bure switched things up, and encouraged her to "Explore the dark side," to which she replied I like the light, I like the light."
