'Dancing with the Stars' Season 18: Candace Cameron Bure and Partner Mark Ballas Make Finals Despite Injuries in Most Emotional Episode Yet (VIDEO)

Former "Full House" actress Candace Cameron Bure made it all the way to the finals on "Dancing with the Stars" and despite injuries suffered from both Bure and her partner Mark Ballas, the pair stayed in the competition and shocked America with their performances for a very emotional episode of the contest.

Bure in disbelief that she made it this far in the competition told the cameras, "It honestly still has not sunk in that I made it to the finals."

The mother of three had a very distressing week and claimed that the day before the competition was "one of the hardest days" of her life. Her dance partner Ballas had a strained rotator cuff during rehearsals and fell to the ground in so much pain that he was taken to the hospital.

Bure brought to tears with concern for her partner told cameras, "Of course I want to do the dance with Mark it would be horrible not to." Bure took to social media to ask for continued prayers for her partner and Ballas amazingly pulled through. After the pair danced a very difficult quick step he told America he would not abandoned Bure.

"I wasn't going to let Candace down no matter what," he said. "You'd have to take my arm completely off for me not to be here, so I'm here for Candace 100%."

Before Bure's second dance number the audience was shown clips of Bure's life as a young star. Family and cast members from "Full House" spoke of the actress, and Bure herself revealed her very difficult struggle with her weight while growing up in front of the cameras.

Things have dramatically changed and the dance competition has helped Bure. "Dancing with the stars has changed my life, I'd never seen my body look like this," she proudly stated.

Bure attended counseling to help her nerves while on the show and suffered minor injuries. She went on to say, "I've needed my faith throughout this whole journey"¦ I can do all things with God's strength. So I know that when I walk out of Dancing with the Stars I will have a confidence with everything in my life, like I've never had before."

Bure and Ballas were voted through to the final episode of "Dancing With the Stars" and will compete tonight for the mirror ball trophy.
