Daft Punk Action Figures

Daft Punk made a huge splash back into the music scene releasing their album Random Access Memories.

Their hit single, "Get Lucky", featuring Pharrell Williams and Chic's Nile Rodgers, has become the hit anthem of the spring/summer so far of 2013. The single has sold over 1 million copies in the UK.

Now, they are taking advantage of their new burst of popularity with the release of their own action figures.

The action figure toys were created alongside Bandai and Japan's SH Figuarts.

The official product description of the toy figures reads that they were "crafted with meticulous attention to detail - [the] helmet area employs a shiny metallic finish and clear parts for enhanced realism". They feature "advanced SH Figuarts articulation and seven sets of left/right interchangeable hand parts for recreation of dynamic posing".

The toys will be available late this year and sold separately. The schedule is to have a Japanese release date in November and to hit America sometime in December.

So they could be great Christmas presents for any Daft Punk music fan or music collector.

Their distinct look of the helmets and outfits are one that is easily recognizable, a great addition to any music or collectors room.
