For all the Music lovers, here is Daft Punk's new single "Get Lucky" featuring Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers. The new track has proved immensely popular and successful for the French duo. Daft Punk's new album Random Access Memories will be released this month. The only thing left for Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter is a 2013 tour to promote their sixth studio album.

Daft Punk, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter, are a French electronic duo willing to shed the synths for a more "human" sound on their new record. The duo met in high school and later formed the group, "Darlin'", along with Laurent Brancowitz.

After spending a few years together the group disbanded and Brancowitz went on to pursue his music career with Phoenix while Bangalter and de Homem-Christo formed Daft Punk, and as many would say...the rest is history

For all the Daft Punk fans, the duo are not going to be touring, or even performing live to promote Random Access Memories. There was a recent rumor that they would show up at this year's Coachella, but that never happened. Recently reports surfaced the band debuted the new album in Wee Waa, a tiny rural town in Australia.

Instead, rumor has it that the duo will be using the event as an online streaming party to play music videos and to stream their new album across the globe.

With the remaining locations of the world tour still to be announced, let's all cross our fingers and hope we "get lucky" enough to have our favorite French duo stop by the good ol' US of A. If so I know I'll be there, will you? There are also rumors circulating that the lineup on their world tour will be stacked with incredible guest performers that they collaborated with on the new album.

While we wait for the new album to drop, I know I'll be dreaming of Daft Punk rhythms and beats!
