Rumors about AJ Lee's departure from the WWE flooded the Internet recently, as many believe that the superstar female wrestler will take another break after her defeat at the hands of Paige during SummerSlam last weekend.

In fact, a statement issued by Jim Ross on the situation fueled rumors even more, he said, "I would predict Paige to regain the title and we see AJ Lee distance herself from the WWE ... that's my guess."

However, Ross was quick to add that this was entirely his personal view regarding the issue.

On the other hand, Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer of F4W Online were of the view that the rumors were baseless and there was no truth behind them. These insiders said that they did not hear anything in this regard from their sources, especially about Lee leaving the company.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that Lee and Paige might be scheduled for a rematch at the Night of the Champions, the next WWE PPV event, in September.

Other rumors, related to those that said that Lee might leave the league, claimed that she and husband CM Punk wants to start a family. However, with her busy schedule many feel that she will not be able to find the time to do so.

In CM Punk news, the former wrestler took part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge recently, a challenge that involves people dumping ice water over their heads to raise awareness and money for research into ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

According to the ALS Association, the disease involves nerve cells in the brain as well as the spinal cord, degrading slowly until "they can no longer send impulses to the muscle fibers that normally result in muscle movement."
