CM Punk & AJ Lee Update: Phillip Brooks to Return to WWE? Lee's Struggle for Championship Belt

CM Punk has been avoiding Twitter for weeks, and as a result rumors are in the air, which says that Phillip Brooks (CM Punk) will be making a spectacular return to the WWE (as he resigned from the firm, a few months ago).

An account from the VC Post clearly points out, that this entire happening could be a part of the promotional campaign for Steven Borden's (Sting) return to the WWE. Christian Post has to say that fans theorize this could very well result in CM Punk enrolling for the part of a "Party Crasher" on the debut episode.

A different train of thought says that a match between CM Punk and Sting is somewhat unlikely, as Phillip Brooks has some deep rooted issues and disagreements with the chairman of WWE, Vince McMahon.

Regardless, this story has gotten fans and followers all stirred up about the featured episode, and it is a good matter of debate among fans.

Brooks' original contract (with the firm) expired in mid July, and he thanked his fans sincerely for their support - however, he did not mention any efforts of the WWE. On the other hand, the wrestling entertainment firm removed Brooks' name from the active roster, without the release of a statement.

In other news, discussions are brewing, about AJ Lee and Paige's "struggle" for the Diva's Championship Belt. Bleacher Report confirms that by saying, "A lack of violence and rage is hurting the feud. Monday's Raw was a prime example of how tame things have been between them. During their tag match, they teased each other but only playfully."

WWE is rather stressed about the relations between the two, and the outcome has been rather disastrous, as the fandom disintegrates slowly.
