Chris Pratt Mashup Spoof: 'Jurassic Parks and Recreation' Drops Andy Dwyer on Isla Nublar

A fan of some of Chris Pratt's most notable work, the show 'Parks and Recreation' and his upcoming movie 'Jurassic World', has compiled a mashup video for a fictional movie release called 'Jurassic Parks and Recreation'.

The fan made video comes from Youtube account Thanks Mom Productions and splices together many comical clips from NBC's 'Parks and Recreation' and throws them in between clips of the 'Jurassic World' trailer.

The video is in no way affiliated with the actual show 'Parks and Recreation' or the upcoming movie 'Jurassic World'. This was purely a fan project for the entertainment of the fans.

The video's description pays credit to each individual involved: "Created by Sean Nolan, Deanna Director, and Caroline Director. Edited by Sean Nolan Animation by Caroline Director Special thanks to Maggie McClurken"

The fan trailer emulates a plot in which Chris Pratt's character on 'Parks and Recreation', Andy Dwyer, is left in charge with an island of dinosaurs. This trailer highlights the contrast in between the characters he portrays in both mediums.

"'Jurassic Parks and Recreation' offers audiences a chance to see Andy Dwyer transferred from Pawnee, Indiana to Isla Nublar, where he works for the recently-opened Jurassic World. Unfortunately for Andy, his laidback approach to life doesn't really work well when there's a dangerous hybrid dinosaur on the loose, leading to some awkward moments -- and comedy gold," Moviefone commented.

The video has already received some admirable popularity for only having being posted on January 2, 2015, and having over 700,000 views as of today.

Along with the 'Jurassic World' movie release this year, 'Parks and Recreation' is regrettably in it's last season. On that note, Season 7 of 'Parks and Recreation' will air on January 13, 2015.
