Chris Brown Released From Jail with Reduced Felony Assault Charge. EXCLUSIVE STORY.
Rapper, Chris Brown has been in custody for more than a day now regarding a felong assualt that happened outside his hotel in Washington D.C.. On Sunday, Chris Brown reportedly got into a conflict with a pedestrian outside the "W Hotel" and both of the men were taken to jail. The man that was assaulted said to have suffered minor injuries. Chris Brown was finally released yesterday after facing a judge on a charge that he allegedly punched a man who tried to take a photograph with him.
The R&B singer denied the allegations that he punched anyone, stating that someone had tried to get on his private bus when his security officer took care of the situation. Hollosy, Brown's Bodyguard, who was also arrested, told police he punched Issac Parker Adams in the face after the victim tried to follow the singer on the bus. Prosecutor Danny Onorato defended Brown stating, " We understand that his security acted to protect Mr. Brown and Mr.Brown's property as he was authorized to do under the Distirct of Columbia Law. We are confident that Mr. Brown will be exonerated of any wrong doing. "
Luckily, Chris Brown's felony assault charge was reduced to a misdemeanor off of the evidence provided in court. Chris Brown is due back in November for the confrontation, and is also still on probation from his 2009 assault on former girlfriend, Rihanna.
