After a total of 108 days in prison, including almost two weeks in rehab, Chris Brown is now a free man. His girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, threw a surprise barbeque party for the 25-year-old singer on June 5 with their closest family and friends.

Brown was incarcerated after violating his probationary conditions, following a physical assault case against former girlfriend, Rihanna. Currently, he is waiting for his trial on another altercation case in Washington, in which his driver is also involved.

Brown's welcome/birthday party was celebrated at the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member, Adrienne Maloof's brother's private residence, reported Hollywood Life. A source close to the couple said that the Loyal singer has never been so clingy with his on-and-off girlfriend until he got out of prison.

"He was kissing her and very touchy feely. He pulled her onto his lap at one point, he looked really happy to be with her," Hollywood Life quoted the source.

Meanwhile, speculation that Chris Brown and Rihanna may cross paths in the near future are circulating, especially since the former couple are invited to attend the Black Entertainment TV Awards on June 29.

A Hollywood Life source disclosed that though Brown has long been gone in her life, Rihanna is certainly uncomfortable knowing that they might come face to face.

"It may not be the best place for him to be because Rihanna might be there and it's probably too soon for him to be in the same room as her.  He's still working on his feelings and emotions and just doesn't need anyone to say anything smart or even look at him the wrong way," the source said.
