Chris Brown News Latest: Rapper Has Probation Revoked Following Concert Shooting

Chris Brown has had his probation revoked, as the Hollywood R&B has apparently violated his parole. Last weekend a video was released wherein singer, Chris Brown, and his group of performers were interrupted by gunshots.

Even though the singer himself wasn't connected to the gun shots, by performing at the Fiesta venue in San Jose, California, Brown violated his probation, which forbids him from leaving Los Angeles County, Los Angeles Times reports.

In the video clips, taken on January 11, Chris Brown is seen stopping his performance at a San Jose nightclub. Almost immediately after shots are fired, Brown is quickly shielded by his security and escorted out. Five people were reportedly shot.

The video becomes fairly hard to make out after that, but more shots can be heard along with men and women screaming.

"Oh my God, oh my God, there's a gun. Somebody's shooting," one attendee could be heard saying in the video," reports NY Daily News.

Responding officers found four victims of gunshot wounds inside the club at about 1:20 am, according to the San Jose Police Department," writes the LA Times.

"Those victims were taken to a local hospital, and a fifth person suffering from a gunshot wound walked into the hospital," police said.

Attendee Summer Flores released a statement to NBC Bay Area, detailing her experience:

"We watched the cops carry a man out, holding him by his arms and legs and just carrying him to the ambulance like that, not even on a stretcher or anything," she said, "People were still screaming in the parking lot. I was completely terrified. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. It was like a nightmare."

The police detained a number of people, but no arrests have yet been made.

Brown took to Twitter shortly after the shooting to write, "I'm 100," assuring his fans his well-being in the situation. Brown later deleted the tweet.

"This incident did not involve Chris; he was merely the host of the event. He has and will continue to cooperate with the investigation," Brown's rep confirmed.

For those that don't know, Brown was in San Jose to perform at a "birthday bash," an event hosted by San Francisco's radio station, 106 KMEL.

As it stands, it's unclear whether or not Chris Brown will be going back to jail or not.
