Chris Brown Arrested 2013: Brown to Be Charged With Felony Assault, Could End Up in Prison for FOUR YEARS [PHOTO]

Chris Brown, a popular R&B singer and recent pop culture villain, wound up in a jail cell yet again on Sunday morning after allegedly assaulting an unnamed man in Washington D.C. Brown was with a man named Chris Hollosy who faces the same charge of felony assault.

Brown has been in and out of the tabloids since 2009 when he beat his then girlfriend Rihanna and was placed on probation. If the courts decide that this incident violates his probation from 2009, he could spend four years in prison.

Since 2009, Brown has been in the media spotlight for mostly unfavorable reasons, such as public altercations with rapper Drake and fellow R&B songster Frank Ocean.

The most recent run in with the law for Brown came in the middle of several canceled tour dates in Canada due to Brown's "personal and health-related issues."

The brawl between Chris Brown and the unnamed man started around 4 AM on Sunday morning. The reason for the brawl was that the man and his buddy jumped in a photo that Chris Brown was taking with two female fans. TMZ claims that Brown yelled, "I'm not into this gay s***. I'm into boxing" and punched the man in the face, breaking his nose and knocking him to the ground.

The victim, who had to be hospitalized from the incident, says that he has hired a lawyer and will press charges.

A source close to the "Don't Judge Me" singer told the Daily News that many of the "facts" from the assault are fabricated and Chris Brown will be proven innocent in the end.
