Chris Brown is Sentenced to 90 Days in Rehab by LA Judge
Chris Brown was sentenced to 90 days in rehab after an LA judge saw over his case on Wednesday. The judge's sentencing was determined by the fact that Brown threw a rock threw his mother's car window the last time he was in a rehab facility earlier this month. Brown will also have to complete at least 24 hours of community service a week and will be submitted to random drug testing over the 3 month period.
Brown has been in and out of trouble and has fallen out of the public's grace ever since he was convicted of beating his girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. He has had several confrontations with the law, but he violated his probation in LA when he got in a fight with a man in Washington DC last month.
Brown was documented for throwing a rock through his mother's car window on November 10th. The report reads, "Mr. Brown proceeded to walk outside and pick up a rock and threw it through his mother's car window and it shattered."
Brown's hearing for the altercation with the man in Washington DC is scheduled for Monday and the judge allowed him to travel for the hearing. The next hearing in LA is scheduled for December 16th.
The judge ordered the 24 hours a week of community service to ensure that Brown did all 1,000 hours of his community service requirement for the beating of Rihanna in 2009.
