Rumor has it that the "If I Stay' actress, Chloe Grace Moretz, is romantically linked to Brooklyn Beckham, the oldest among David and Victoria Beckham's children. The dating rumors started swirling when the two were spotted at Santa Monica beach.

The pair was spotted skateboarding together on Friday. Beckham donned a crisp white shirt, black jeans, and dark glasses, while Moretz wore a black T-shirt emblazoned with the word "Paris", which she paired with ripped jeans, a khaki green jacket, and a Chanel bag worn on her hip. They appeared to be having fun, and at one point the pair even chased Moretz' hat which was blown off by the wind. In one picture in the Daily Mail, Moretz was also seen putting her hand on Beckham's shoulder for balance.

However, reports are saying that the two are just good friends and that Beckham was eager to learn about the entertainment business from his friend. The 15-year old has been reported to have quite a strong work ethic. On previous interviews, his mother, Victoria, has revealed that he has worked at Starbucks before. Upon learning of his passion for film-making, she and her spouse, David, arranged for him to have an internship with director Guy Ritchie.

Meanwhile, Moretz indirectly addressed the dating rumors in an interview with FLARE magazine, "It's a tough age to fall in love: people change so quickly," said the actress.

"I don't want to have to feel like I have to watch my step, "cause I'm 17 and I shouldn't have to."

It's a mindset that she shares with her friends, and she had this to say about others around her age that are in long-term relationships, "I'm like, "Dude, you're wasting away your entire high school years, and now you're going to waste away your college years. You're going to spend your entire life in a relationship and then you're going to get married"¦and then you're dead! So you lived your life in a relationship!' That's not my style."
