CeeLo Green is busy getting in trouble over him supposedly drugging a girl at a local downtown sushi bar last year. The women reportedly stated that CeeLo spiked her drink with liquid ecstacy and than reportedly awoke to herself and CeeLo being naked in a hotel room. She also claims that she has a recording of CeeLo admitting to the crime by frequently apologizing and mentioning the name 'MDMA'. LAPD submitted the case to the detectives but prosecutors weren't intriqued by the evidence so the case has continued to be pushed back. The case has been pushed back nearly five months and prosecutors are now asking for toxicology reports to see if there were, or if ever,any drugs in the womens system. 

So far, with the lack of blood tests and no plausible witnesses, the womens allegations are beginning to seem very untrue. Sources close to CeeLo called 'BS' on that matter saying that CeeLo would never do anything of the sort. When the report is written, the D.A. office should present their findings later this week. TMZ has a source from the prosecutors office saying it is very doubtful that the D.A.'s office has anything substantial enough to prosecute the R&B star. For more information check out TMZ's site.
