Chad Michael Collins, who played Dr. Frankenstein's ill brother in the 'Once Upon a Time' TV series, will be the new member of the 'Castle' cast.

Collins confirmed his new casting role on his Facebook page Thursday.

"Tomorrow I'll be shooting a guest spot on ABC's "Castle," working with the great Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion. Apparently, a sammiched selfie is standard practice over there, so stay tuned for that..." Collins said.

He also made a previous announcement on Twitter saying he's excited for their 'Castle' shoot with Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic. In the post, seemingly intimidated, he said that he hopes the original cast will "be gentle" with him.

Collins will play Tom Talmadge, a "tech start-up entrepreneur who was assaulted under mysterious circumstances," said Give Me My Remote.

After filming the 'Castle' episode, the actor gushed and posted this on his Twitter account, "Had a blast shooting @Castle_ABC today. Thx for being hilarious scene padnahs @NathanFillion and @Stana_Katic. I shall do succubi research.."

Before Collins' appearance, the 'Castle' storyline ended with a thrilling episode where Nathan Fillion got into a car wreck. In the finale episode, Castle and Beckett, were about to get married, but the accident ruined the highly anticipated ceremony.
