The popular crime drama television series 'Castle' is set to return for a seventh season on Monday, Sept. 29, at 10 pm on ABC Television with Episode 1 entitled "Driven."

The official synopsis of "Driven" released by ABC TV reads, "In the seventh-season opener, Beckett embarks on her hardest case as she waits at the scene of Castle's accident and learns details about the car crash."

In addition, the spoilers of 'Castle' Season 7 Episode 1 indicate a new detailed arc that could expose some secrets about Nathan Fillion's character, Rick Castle. Beyond that, Kate Beckett (played by Stana Katic) as well as the 12th Precinct of NYPD, would be the top priority of the investigation.

It also appears that Season 7 will provide some answers for the fans as early as the premiere episode. Natalie Abrams wrote via Entertainment Weekly that the fans will "be surprised by where the evidence leads in regards to who actually took (Rick Castle)."

Earlier, Andrew W. Marlowe, the series creator, and new showrunner David Amann have assured fans that Kate Beckett and Rick Castle are in-love. Nevertheless, Abrams has warned fans that the secrets that would be exposed in 'Castle' Season 7 could make them think twice about a Caskett union.

Abrams further wrote, "The apparent truth, however, is something so shocking, it may make you question your Caskett devotion." Hence, fans are eagerly waiting to know what will happen next to Stana Katic's Kate Beckett and Nathan Fillion's Rick Castle during tonight's Season 7 premiere.

Marlowe has already indicated the possibility of the fans getting to know Rick Castle on a deeper level in 'Castle' Season 7. Beckett, backed by the NYPD, is expected to go after who may have kidnapped her groom.

With all the changes coming with 'Castle' Season 7, some fans are still hoping that an "official" wedding is actually shown on the show sometime soon.
