With so many comic book based movies hitting the big screen nowadays, some fans may find it hard to get excited for another one. However, when the news spread that Robert Downey Jr. is set to star opposite Chris Evans in the upcoming installment to the 'Captain America' series, fans became ecstatic.

Marvel confirmed that the title of the movie will be 'Captain America: Civil War' which is set for a worldwide release on May 6, 2016, a year after the showing of the latest Avengers film, 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'.

Since Marvel announced the new movie line up for the next five years, fans can rest assured that they will be seeing more of Iron Man and Captain America together in action.

Based on Marvel comics with the same title, 'Civil War' was about a battle between the Marvel heroes.

In the comic book, Tony Stark is an active supporter of a legislation which will regulate "costumed adventurers" to prevent future tragedies, which is being opposed by Captain America, who believes that the legislation will violate civil rights.

Other Marvel heroes took side and went at each other, and thus a conflict is born.
